Mr* Hyman Stillman

Mr. Stillman, who was born in Safed, Israel, a fourth generation Sabra, on November 11, 1894, emigrated to America and took up residence in San Antonio in 1921 where he remained until the time of his death on September 28, 1956. During his many years of residence in San Antonio, Mr. Stillman was an active member of the Hebrew Free Loan Association, Agudas Achim and Rodfei Sholom Synagogues. He also served as treasurer of the Rodfei Sholom Synagogue for a number of years. Even though Mr. Stillman has since departed from this earthly life for one everlasting, his memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who were so dear to him. May His Soul Rest in Peace.
