MISS JEANNETTE JACOBS DEPARTED FROM THIS EARTHLY LIFE IN THE PRIME OF HER LIFE. DURING HER SHORT LIFE SHE WAS GREATLY INTERESTED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY OF OUR CITY. MISS JACOBS SERVED AS PRESIDENT OF THE JUNIOR HADASSAH FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. MAY HER LABOR NOT BE IN VAIN, AND MAY THE SPIRIT OF HER GOOD DEEDS WITH US FOR EVER REMAIN.
