Elaine Roffman was born on November 2, 1927, in Abilene, Texas,

and was reared in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Thomas Jeffer

son High School, San Antonio, Texas, and continued her education at Texas

University, Austin, Texas. She was married at Omaha, Nebraska, on Sep

tember 7, 1947, to Selwyn Z. Roffman and resided in Omaha until her de

mise on May 2, 1956. In Hebrew lyar 21, 5716.
