Mr. Joseph Stapper

Mr. Slapper was born June 26, 1921 in Staten Island, New York. He served in the United States Air Force in San Antonio from 1942 to 1946. He became a member of the Hebrew Free Loan in 1946. In I960 Mr. Slapper took over the Chairmanship of the Picnic Com mittee. It was under his superior leadership that the Association had the most successful picnics, of its history. It is in recognition of this outstanding service record that the Hebrew Free Loan Association is proud to honor Mr. Slapper with this page and express hope that he will continue to serve our worthy association for many years to come.
