Mr. Edelman was born in Austria-Hungary on September 22, 1903. He arrived in the United States in 1906 and came to Chicago, Illinois, where he received all of his schooling. He later came to San Antonio, Texas, where he was married on October 8, 1939. Mr. Edelman was a member of the following organizations: Agudas Achim Synagogue and Brotherhood, Bnai Brith, and Zionist Organiza tion. He was also active in the Automotive Wholesalers Association of Texas.

Mr. Edelman died on January 21, 1954 Hebrew Calender date Shevat 18, 5714
