ZYGMUNT GABEL

Zygmunt Gabel was born in Lwow, Poland in the region of Galicia in 1911.

He came to San Antonio in 1950 and one year later married Belle Charnof.

In business and in private life, Zygmunt Gabel had a reputation for TRUTH. “He Never Lied”

Because of help given him by the Hebrew Free Loan Association, he became a member of the Board Of Trustees,

where he served until his death in 1995. He was always eager to help those in need.
